What we collect

When you place an order, we collect:

• Your name, email address, and delivery address
• Order details (items purchased, price paid, order status)

If you contact us directly by email, we'll have whatever you choose to include in that message.

Payment information

Card payments are processed securely by Stripe. We never see or store your full card details — Stripe handles payment processing directly and provides us with confirmation that payment was successful, along with the billing details needed to fulfil your order.

How we use your information

We use your information to process and deliver your order, contact you about your order if needed, and handle any returns or queries you raise with us. We don't sell your data to third parties or use it for anything beyond running this shop.

Where your data is stored

Order and account data is stored securely with Supabase. Your shopping bag is stored locally in your own browser and is never sent anywhere until you choose to check out.

Your rights

Under UK data protection law, you can ask us what personal data we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, or ask us to stop using it. To do any of this, email zeta@zetacollective.com.
