Delivery

Delivery is a flat £4 across the UK.

Ready-to-ship items are dispatched within 2–3 working days of your order.

Made-to-order pieces are hand-crocheted especially for you and take up to 10 days to make before dispatch. If a piece is made to order, this will be shown on the product page.

Returns

Every piece is handmade, so returns are handled on a case-by-case basis. If you have a question about your order or would like to request a return, email us at zeta@zetacollective.com and we'll sort it out together.
